The L.E.A.D. Methodology - A unique learning and development framework that teaches ways to increase influence and to master the skills required to lead in today’s complex organizations.
L.E.A.D. utilizes four sessions (comprised of four modules each) to address leadership development across spheres of influence, from individual to group to the organization as a whole. These sessions can be delivered as part of a full-scale organizational and leadership development initiative, or as individual modules.
Session One: Leading Self. During this session, participants will explore ways to increase their influence, and understand the skills that are necessary to lead effectively in today’s complex organizations.

Session Two: Leading Individuals. This session provides participants with the proven skills needed to coach, delegate, give feedback, and teach employees to hold themselves accountable, with a specific focus on one-to-one interactions.
Accountability: How We Hold Ourselves – And Others – Accountable
Giving and Receiving Feedback: Providing Direction and Recognition
The Leader as Coach: Coaching for Optimal Performance
Focusing on the Important: Practicing the Art of Delegation
Session Three: Leading Groups. Providing leaders with the more complex skills needed to lead teams, this session will teach participants to influence teams effectively to set priorities, handle conflict, build trust, hold each other accountable, and get the bottom line results they desire.
